Anchors and Lace established in 2017 and is a baby & childrens boutique catering currently for newborns up to age 6. We stock a range of Clothing, Footwear, Accessories, Nursery Décor and our Australian Handmade range 'The A & L Collective'. Beautifully unique and quality pieces. We are looking at expanding our size range soon.

 

FAQ:

Postage details & how long will it take for my item to arrive?

Regular Post - We ship out orders on the first business day after order is placed if you have placed an order for items currently in stock (Pre-Order items not included). All our items are posted using Australia Post Regular Parcel Post for a flat fee of $8.50, this includes gift wrapping (if you choose to giftwrap please notify us) of items and postage. The delivery times to most places are between 2-4 days for regular postage within Australia. Once your order has been posted you will be contacted via email or sms with your confirmation and tracking number.

Express Post - If express postage is selected at checkout - we cannot guarantee a delivery date once it leaves our warehouse. All customers who select and pay for their order to be sent via express post will have the item sent by us on the first business day after order is placed ( if the items are actually in stock and it's not a Pre-Order) it is then up to Australia Post how quickly this item will arrive. Anchors and Lace will not be held accountable for items not reaching you within the specified timeframe from Australia Post. Australia Post state shipping times for Express Post is 1-2 business days. This may be longer due to Public Holidays or if the delivery address in not in a capital city. 

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs you will need to follow up directly with Australia Post.

My item doesn't fit properly - can I exchange?

We are very proud of our excellent customer service and we want to ensure your satisfaction. If your item is needing to be exchanged for a bigger/smaller size we will happily exchange for the right size pending the item is unworn, unwashed, tags still attached (excluding postage costs this will not be refunded) - we ask that you contact us at info@anchorsandlace.com.au and we will give you return instructions. Return postage will need to be paid by customer via a reply paid envelope included with your return.

If the item you want is no longer available we will notify you and supply you with an exchange for another item or a store credit (again excluding postage). 

All our items have gone through rigorous product testing and quality assurance however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily replace the faulty item, pending that the item is approved as faulty from warehouse once returned. Please contact us at info@anchorsandlace.com.au if you have any concerns regarding your purchase. 

 

What is Pre-Order? How does it work?

We like to ensure all out products are in stock and available for delivery, however for the times we can’t promise that, we have Pre-Order offered. Pre-Order is available for some items that have sold out quickly and new stock that hasn't arrived. Pre-Ordering ensures you will receive your item before anyone else. When you make a Pre-order purchase full payment is taken like a normal purchase and as soon as the item you purchased arrives at our warehouse and quality is checked - it will then be posted out the same day and you will be notified via email. The turnaround time for Pre-Orders is up to 3-4 weeks depending on location of manufacturer and shipping etc.

 

How should I care for my items?

We recommend that all our items are hand washed or in a gentle machine wash in a delicates bag to ensure items are kept in optimum condition. No tumble dry, line dry only.

We are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. 

 

Product Testing

We go to great lengths to test and trial our products before they are offered for sale for both yours and our protection. All our items have passed our quality testing. In the event that an item has a defect or isn’t to the standard promised please contact us immediately at anchorsandlace1@gmail.com to remedy. Dummy/soother chains should not be left on a baby who’s unattended. Strangulation and choking may occur. All our items and  teethers are BPA free. All our products meet Australian Standards and ACCC guidelines. Please contact us if you require evidence of any of the above. We will not be held liable if an item causes damage that is used incorrectly or warnings and care instructions are not followed.
